SERVICE AGREEMENT
Services performed at each visit:
- Check pool chemical level (Chlorine & pH). Addition of needed chemicals
- Clean skimmer and pump baskets as needed
- Vacuum pool/spa as needed
- Brush pool/spa walls
- Clean Tile
- Skim both pool and spa
Services performed on a monthly or quarterly basis are as follows:
- Check Conditioner level & add as needed.
- Backwash and/or filter clean as needed.
- Check water Hardness and Total Dissolved Solids.
Items that are not covered in the monthly fee:
- Chemicals, including shock, Algaecides, Conditioner, Salt, etc.
- Cleaning of the filter, which is usually cleaned depending on pool usage, every 6 months at a rate of $90.00 per cleaning.
- Any repairs to the pool or the pool equipment.
- 3” Chlorine Tablets will be left at your property and a 50 lbs bucket will be billed to you at cost when needed.
Holiday Policy: Service visits will be made before or after the holiday.
To spend time with our family we take the week between Christmas and New Year’s off. An additional 1 week will be taken off during the year as well sick days when needed.
Rainy Day Policy: Chemicals will be added & pool will be cleaned the following visit.
Sick Day/Vacation Policy: In the event of a sick day or injury we will do our best to make up the service day for you. If we are unable to make up the service day note that since you are billed monthly there are at least 4 extra free service days per year that you receive. These will be made up by us as either sick days or vacation days on our end.
Wind Policy: Pools affected by winds will be cleaned in the following manner: 1) Clean out filtration system. 2) Skimming of the top. 3) Clean-up of leaves on the bottom. 4) Pool Vacuuming. Note: This process could take up to 3 weeks
Owner’s Responsibility:
- Maintain proper water level
- Clear access to the pool area
- Keep vegetation away from the pool equipment area
- Setup and maintain auto-payment to be charged on the 1st of every month
- Submit payment for repair work upon completion
